2. Services Provided

ExpertDI provides cloud-based FBR digital invoicing software, enabling businesses to:

• Create, validate, and submit digital invoices to FBR.
• Generate FBR invoice numbers, QR codes, and map HS codes.
• Automate compliance with S.R.O. 1852(I)/2025 and other applicable FBR regulations.
• Access real-time reporting, invoice tracking, and secure storage.

3. User Responsibilities

By using ExpertDI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business and FBR registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and FBR requirements.
• Ensure invoices generated through ExpertDI are accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

• Users must register with valid business information, including NTN/STRN.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• ExpertDI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

5. Payment & Billing

• ExpertDI is a subscription-based service. Payment terms, fees, and billing cycles are outlined during the signup process.
• Payments must be made in full for service activation and continued access.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Data Security & Privacy

• ExpertDI employs encrypted data storage, secure API communication, and role-based access controls.
• While we prioritize data security, users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and confidential business information.

7. Compliance

• ExpertDI is designed to comply with FBR digital invoicing regulations, including S.R.O. 1852(I)/2025, SRO 709(I)/2025, and SRO 69(I)/2025.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their business activities align with applicable laws and FBR requirements.
• ExpertDI does not assume liability for penalties incurred due to incorrect or non-compliant usage by the user.

8. Intellectual Property

• All software, content, logos, and designs on ExpertDI are the property of Arete SMC (Pvt.) Limited and protected under intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ExpertDI provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
• Arete SMC (Pvt.) Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

• ExpertDI may suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.
• Users may terminate their subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure in their account settings.

11. Modifications

• ExpertDI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
